For this project, I worked with tech and marketing agency DEPT® to assist their client eBay Canada on an AI-powered project. I reviewed and edited up to 100 email subject lines and modules produced by generative AI tool Jasper AI. My role was to guard the client’s tone-of-voice and ensure that all copy sounded real, human and conversational.

Brief: To create short, snappy and high-conversion copy for pic ‘n’ mix style email modules as part of eBay’s phased personalization strategy.

This was an international project that involved the creation of localised copy for North American, US and UK markets. The mock-ups below are a small selection of conceptual images that were created by me to showcase the approved copy. All copy includes a combination of my own creative work and AI-generated drafts.
